About the project
Château Bela, an exclusive 18th century manor-hotel near Štúrovo, offers 48 rooms, a SPA and a 300-year-old wine cellar. At Invelity, we provide performance marketing (Google, Meta) for this historical gem on the Slovak, Czech and Hungarian markets. Our priority is direct accommodation reservations and the growing segment of weddings and corporate events. Since this is a highly seasonal business, we do not manage budgets statically. On a monthly basis, we analyze free capacities with the management and flexibly allocate investments where it is most needed.
We do not just manage campaigns – we provide clear data so that the hotel always knows exactly what real sales its marketing brings.

Challenge
The hotel sells an experience, not a location, and demand is highly seasonal. Campaigns were fragmented and measurement unreliable. Weddings and corporate events, which had to be filled in advance, had no clear path to demand and their results were difficult to compare.
Setting up the collaboration
We have unified campaigns and set priorities according to occupancy: every month we discuss with the hotel what needs to be sold out (Valentine's Day, spring stays, summer, autumn). We move the budget between Google and Meta and the SK, HU, CZ markets according to what brings in bookings. We report openly, even what didn't work.
Result
In the summer season, we increased sales year-on-year: in July by 10%, in August by 7%. We reduced the wedding demand from €72 to €21, and the new video revived it in September, so couples dreaming of a wedding by the Danube are flocking to us again. In addition, we sold more room nights year-on-year over the summer.
For Château Bela, we are a partner, not just an agency. We regularly sit with management to adjust campaigns (SK, CZ, HU) by season, driving direct bookings while ensuring they see how every marketing euro makes sense.
