About the project

A client operating in the interior design segment for both B2C and B2B (households, offices, businesses) came to us with a clear and measurable goal: to obtain a stable supply of at least 36 qualified inquiries per month from digital channels.

By combining proven formats and new acquisition channels, we connected performance campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, DSA) with targeted Meta Lead Ads. New creative formats and direct contact collection on social networks significantly shortened the customer's conversion path.

The result? We not only met the set goal, but we have been exceeding it for a long time. Today, the client has a predictable and stable flow of highly relevant inquiries that directly support its business growth and expansion.

The client, operating in the interiors segment (B2C and B2B for homes, offices and businesses), set a clear and measurable goal at the beginning of the cooperation: to ensure a stable supply of 36 qualified inquiries per month through digital channels.

Setting up the collaboration

The agency focuses on a single sales channel - Meta Ads, but with an emphasis on deep restructuring and streamlining data flows. A key element was deploying advanced tools for the effective advertising of product catalogues.

Solution

In addition to standard Google Search, Performance Max, and DSA campaigns, we implemented Lead Ads campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook) with new, targeted creatives. This step allowed us to capture queries directly from the platform faster and optimize the lead generation process.

Result

Thanks to the changes in the structure and the introduction of Meta Lead Ads, the goal was not only met, but also exceeded. The client is now steadily receiving 36 or more inquiries per month. The main value lies in achieving a predictable and stable supply of inquiries with demonstrably better quality, which ensures continuous growth and fulfillment of the business plan.
