Namaste! :) Fun — sorry, work — at an advertising agency is certainly among the more interesting and unconventional ways to earn a living. Let me try to sum up in a few points the values we hold here at Invelity.
And I do not mean Boris Kollár's political party, but a real family. We spend whole days together, yet it is still not enough, so we often meet up for evening activities, celebrations and weekend outings. For organising these spontaneous gatherings we have a group on Slack and on Messenger. I did want to publish a few Messenger screenshots, only there somehow wasn't anything printable. :)

If you are planning to lose weight, it can be harder going with us. Every month we have our regular company breakfast, and on top of that all sorts of other treats turn up at the office — cakes, fruit, smoothies or homemade sausages.

Every one of us has room for self-realisation and an opinion of their own. We have established processes and solutions, but anyone can question them at any time, and if the alternative works we change them for good. We have no managers, so we settle everything together and can respond to change faster.

We have no strictly set working hours. Whether you arrive at 8:00 or 9:30 is basically all the same to us, as long as it works for the project and for the colleagues grafting alongside you.
Without regular learning and keeping up with trends you are out of the game very quickly. We run internal training and attend conferences at home and abroad. We try to pass our knowledge on outside the company too. We give talks at schools, coworking spaces and conferences. Besides that we run a series of events at the office and our Academy by Invelity, an educational workshop.

I did hesitate for a moment over whether to put this in as its own point, but yes, we do have "official team building" as well. We head off somewhere for a few days, eat something good and round it off with an aperitif. This March we have a rather larger team building planned — three weeks together in Thailand.

If we like an idea and it benefits the community, we are glad to help free of charge. Good examples are our minitools, which we publish on the blog, and our WordPress plugins. We contribute regularly to the official WordPress repository and give people useful plugins for exactly nought euros. Among them are connectors to various courier services, invoicing applications and marketing plugins. We also support several non-profit organisations by managing their Google Ad Grants campaigns at no charge.

We have several positions open right now:
If one of the positions caught your eye, write to us at info@invelity.com. Do not despair if you cannot see your own role here — we would still be glad to hear from you and have a chat about ways of working together.
*the law obliges us to publish the salary with job offers. Even though this is not a job offer, we will tell you that the salary depends on experience and starts at €99.99.
