Websupport
Websupport is the leader of the Slovak hosting market and also the largest registrar of .sk domains. Besides hosting and domain registration, its service portfolio includes cloud and server solutions.
Websupport was founded by Michal Truban and Pavel Stano while they were still at secondary school. Their first product was “unlimited web hosting”, which ran on a server with just 40 GB of disk capacity. In 2021 the company introduced a new visual identity. The whole rebrand was handled by the design agency GoBigName. Rudo Letko, the author of this positive change, admitted in an interview for Websupport that the previous identity lacked direct dialogue with the customer. His goal was to create a concept that would make the service's features easier for less experienced users to grasp. The key element of the visual identity therefore became a fluent device — a mascot appearing throughout the brand's communication. Websupport thus became a brand that lets people build for the web with ease.
